Module 5: What are the BCIO Tools?

We have created many tools to help you use the BCIO in your work. These include:

BCIO Search, a tool to search and explore the BCIO to find entities that you are looking for and cite them in your papers or protocols.
BCIO visualise, a tool to help you see how the entities in a particular part of the BCIO relate to each other.
The Paper Authoring Tool, a tool to help you use ontologies when describing interventions, population characteristics, settings etc. when you are writing study protocols or reporting study findings.
